All quotations issued by Grihspace are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final scope, materials and timelines are confirmed in writing before execution begins.
Payments follow the milestone schedule agreed in your project quotation. Delays in scheduled payments may affect project timelines.
Workmanship warranty terms vary by service and are specified in your project agreement. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or third-party modification.
Projects may be cancelled prior to execution start with written notice. Any costs already incurred (design, materials ordered) will be deducted from refundable amounts.
Grihspace is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to material shortages, weather, or site-access restrictions.
